Vantly Fitness is an assembly plant equipped with laser tube cutting, tube bending, punching, welding, and powder coating capabilities. It also has its own R&D department, along with a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and 3D printer.
In 2024, Vantly Fitness Plant II was completed, featuring a new GEMA (Switzerland) automatic powder coating system capable of handling workpieces up to 2.4 meters in height and 1.2 meters in length. The plant also includes a cleanroom.
Vantly Fitness Plant II has also obtained QMS 5548 certification, complying with the "Quality Management System Regulations for Medical Devices" for manufacturing facilities.
